at State Administration for Industry&Commerce, and obtained ISO9001: 2008 Quality Management System Certificate, which issued by UKSA Quality Management Association in 2008. The business scope includes: Crew Manning, Shipbroker, Freight Forwarding.
Dispatching first class crew is the main business of the company. Our crew is serving on various types of vessels, such as Oil Tanker, Chemical Tanker, Liquefied Petroleum Gas Carrier, Liquefied Natural Gas Carrier, Bulk Carrier, and Ro-Ro Ship,Container Ship and Passenger Ship. Most of clients are from Taiwan, Hongkong,Singapore, Japan, Norway,
and Germany.
We have dispatched more than 1000 crew on board currently, 80% of the crew is senior officers, and 60% of the seafarers serves for oil tankers. Crew service business includes:
the Seaman’s passport, Certificate of Competency for Seafarers and Seaman’s Record
Book, and also helping crew to apply for the promotion examination and professional knowledge updating based on STCW.
